- A security deposit will be required for all items and will be refunded upon the safe return of the hired items.
- Any damages or missing items will be deducted from the security deposit and customers will be liable to pay for a replacement item if the security deposit does not cover the full cost of a replacement..
4. Delivery and Collection:
- Delivery and collection fees apply and will be discussed during the booking process.
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure a representative is present for delivery and collection at the agreed-upon times.
5. Care of Hired Items:
- Hired items must be used responsibly and returned in the same condition as received.
- Any damages or excessive cleaning required will result in additional charges.
6. Changes to Booking:
- Any changes to the booking must be communicated in writing and may be subject to additional charges.
7. Liability:
- Special Occasion Supplies is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss incurred during the use of our hired items.
- The customer assumes full responsibility for the items during the hire period.
8. Force Majeure:
- Special Occasion Supplies is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control.

- Security deposits are refundable upon the safe and complete return of all hired items.
- Any deductions from the security deposit, such as for damages or missing items, will be communicated to the customer.
